Associate / Locum Dentist – High-Growth Private Opportunity

• Mixed Associate Dentist position – NHS stability and Private conversion support
• 4-5 days per week available – flexible days to suit you – Monday to Friday available
• 1 late evening per week 2 Saturdays/month (private only)
• Up to £13.50 per UDA (depending on experience)
• Up to 5,000 UDAs available annually (flexible and based on working day uptake)
• 45% private split – fee per item and plan patients
• Private potential and conversion actively demonstrated and achievable – demonstrated successes of up to £40K per month in private income at a sister practice
• Stable patient diary – good earning from day one!
• Strong emphasis on private treatment growth and CPD/skillset development
• Flexible start date with dedicated onboarding

• 2-4 days per week – Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Saturday morning
• £15 per UDA
• Around 25-30 UDA’s booked per day – NO TARGETS
• 45% split on Private work
• ASAP and ongoing

• Mid-sized mixed practice – spacious with natural light, due to undergo a full refurbishment, modern and high-end aesthetic
• Digital workflows using Dentally software and iPads in every surgery
• Advanced equipment:
  iTero
  , Rotary Endo
  , Digital X-rays
• Hygienist support available for improved patient flow and care
• £12K monthly marketing investment, full-time Marketing Manager support
• Structured support for special interest areas of Dentistry – strong referral pathways internal and external – all skillsets welcome and utilised!

• On-site parking and strong local patient demand
