40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm

A leading manufacturing company is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.
This is a busy, hands‑on role where you will be dealing with customer calls, emails and general administration.
Key responsibilities- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls (approx. 20‑30 calls per day)
- Managing customer accounts
- Liaising with customers to solve any enquiries or issues
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received the best service
- Providing quotations and processing orders
- Logging and resolving customer complaints
- Liaising with other internal departments to provide updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service
- Order processing / sales administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with diverse customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
