Salary£25,877 to £27,515 + up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus per annum.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday, 37.5 hours between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm on a three‑week rolling rota, including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
OverviewThe Insurance Renewals Agent role is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused sales position. Working in a friendly, target‑driven inbound sales environment where teamwork and positivity are part of the company culture, this role demands the very best of your sales and customer‑service skills as you deal with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities- Quote and close new business enquiries.
- Build and maintain long‑standing client relationships.
- Amend customer policies, payments and schedules.
- Retain existing clients at renewal.
- Support customers with existing policy amendments.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Provide excellent rapport‑building skills.
- Handle sensitive information and follow data protection principles.
- Adhere to strict FCA guidelines.
- Provide a professional service and promote the brand positively.
- Show resilience and determination for customers.
- Prepared to challenge the status quo.
