Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for podcasts and digital storytelling? We're looking for a Digital Producer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team at Lime Pictures for an initial 6 month term on a full time basis. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our social media content for the expanding Lime Pictures and All3 Media portfolio.

You’ll be producing high-impact video podcasts, working closely with talent, and crafting platform-first content that resonates across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Spotify, and more. If you're confident behind the camera, skilled in editing suites, and love being part of a bold creative team — this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, film & edit engaging video podcasts (studio and location shoots).
• Work closely with talent to create authentic, audience-first content.
• Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, design thumbnails/graphics in Photoshop.
• Record & edit audio for podcasts and short-form video content.
• Produce, publish & manage content across social platforms.
• Stay ahead of digital trends to inform creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure all content meets compliance and legal guidelines.

• Understands how to craft content for digital audiences across platforms.
• Thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and adapts quickly.
