Junior Graphic Designer

Harris Maxus is seeking a creative and talented Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will support the Lead Creative in creating visually appealing and effective designs for print and digital media, building brand identity, and learning to manage your own projects.

• Collaborate with the Lead Creative to develop concepts and designs for website graphics, social media graphics, email campaigns and more.
• Assist in creating designs that are visually appealing and effectively communicate information to our target audience.
• Modify and revise existing designs.
• Research and stay up‑to‑date on design trends and best practices to keep our designs innovative and effective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of print and web design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
• Knowledge of design trends and principles.
