Your new role Our client is seeking a Temporary Quantity Surveyor to support a busy programme of social housing refurbishment works. The role will focus on commercial management and cost control across multiple work streams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities will include:
