Permanent We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected main contractor to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Liverpool and the wider Merseyside region. The Company Our client is a financially stable regional contractor with a strong presence across the North West. With projects typically ranging from £5m to £40m, they have built a reputation for quality delivery, strong client relationships, and a collaborative working culture. Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work in Liverpool, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.

The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account. Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs from pre-construction through delivery Procurement of subcontract packages
