Liverpool - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus package

We are working with a well-established construction and development business with a strong presence across the North West. They deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects and are committed to fostering career growth and professional development within their teams.

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and supporting the delivery of construction projects on time and within budget.

• Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
• Measuring and valuing construction work, including variations and final accounts.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts, procurement, and payments.
• Supporting senior QS and project teams with commercial reporting and cost analysis.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction or commercial projects, be highly organised, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously. You will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• A minimum of 3‑5 years' experience as a QS in a commercial or residential construction environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying (HND, BSc, or equivalent).
• Experience with NEC or JCT contracts is desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
