Theroleoffersexposuretoadiverserangeofsectorsincludingpublicbuildingsandestates,residentialandhousing,education,retail,healthcare,commercial,defenceandinsurancework.

As a Salaried Partner

youwillberesponsibleforbothtechnicaldeliveryandleadership.

Thisincludesdevelopingclientrelationships,drivingbusinessgrowthandplayingacentralroleinshapingthefutureofthe

Liverpooloffice.

About you

Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youarelikelytohave:

  • MRICSqualification
  • Consultancyexperiencewithinthe North Westmarket
  • Astrongcommercialmindsetwithenthusiasmforbusinessdevelopment
  • Provenexperienceleadingteamsandmanagingworkloads
  • Excellentclientfacingandcommunicationskills
  • Strongallroundtechnicalbuildingsurveyingknowledge
  • Ananalyticalapproachwiththeabilitytoproducehighqualityreportsandrecommendations
