An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a £60m new build commercial development based in the Wirral.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with approximately 2+ years post‑graduate experience who is looking to further develop their career within a well-established contractor offering long‑term progression and exposure to major projects.

You will initially be based on a £60m commercial new build scheme in the Wirral, supporting the commercial team in delivering the project successfully from a cost and contractual perspective.

• Assisting with cost management and commercial reporting
• Supporting subcontractor procurement and administration
• Managing variations and valuations
• Assisting with interim applications and final accounts
• Liaising with site teams and subcontractors
• Supporting cost control and forecasting

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Around 2+ years post‑graduate experience
• Experience with in commercial build, fit‑out, or civils projects considered
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn
• Able to commute to the Wirral
