Job Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys and RDSAP on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
- Collection of accurate RDSAP data
- Work across houses, flats and blocks
- Paid per completed survey - competitive rates
- Immediate start available
- Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and experience collecting RDSAP data
- Preferably a qualified energy assessor
- Own transport
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available.
