Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager (Permanent)
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage financial performance across allocated contracts, controlling costs and achieving profitability targets.

* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a zero incident culture.

* Plan and coordinate labour and subcontractors effectively to maximise productivity.

* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards.

* Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.

About You

* Proven experience within a roofing environment, with knowledge of systems and materials.

* Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.

* Commercially aware with excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Proactive, self motivated and confident leading teams.
