Senior Quantity Surveyor
Knowsley 40 hours/week Permanent Competitive salary + Vehicle Allowance + Excellent Benefits
We're an innovate renewables & heating and compliance business, putting people and communities at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Senior QuantitySurveyor to lead on commercial performance, project delivery and team development.
What you'll do:
- Lead commercial support across contracts
- Manage budgets, forecasts & subcontractor procurement
- Drive performance and ensure compliance
- Support mobilisation of new contracts
What we're looking for:
- RICS membership or relevant degree (desirable)
- Strong leadership & commercial acumen
- Experience in social housing and or renewables works (preferred)
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
