The Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction and installation projects, ensuring bids are delivered on time and to a high standard.

As Estimator, you will be responsible for:

Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for projects across multiple sectors.

Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain accurate costs.

Analysing and evaluating project costs, identifying risks and opportunities for cost savings.

Supporting project managers throughout the pre-contract stage.

Maintaining a database of costs and supplier information.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Estimator will have:

Proven experience in construction or installation estimating, ideally in commercial/industrial projects.

Strong understanding of materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
