Location: Liverpool - 3 days based in the office the rest remote.
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Clearance: DBS
- Built environment qualification (eg. architect/technician/building services engineer/building surveyor)
- Construction industry Project Management qualification. Eg RICS
- Highly effective communicator, positivity and flexibility
- Track record of delivery
- Experienced in education projects and delivering within critical timescales
- Understanding of public sector processes, funding and Building Bulletins,
