Role & Responsibilities

As the HSE manager you will be responsible for overseeing site safety practices. The role focuses on internal auditing, collaboration with onsite client safety representatives, educating site teams on best safety practices, preparing safety plans for high‑risk activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies, and providing support to improve the site's HSE performance.

Your Background

• Experience as an HSE Manager or Senior Safety Advisor on commercial or new‑build construction projects over $100 million.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements on building sites.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with site managers and subcontractors.
• Professional, personable, and proven leadership experience.
• Ideally experienced with HSE software systems such as Hammertech.
• Must have like‑for‑like experience in new‑build construction projects.
