Who we are looking for…

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager who is passionate about creating safe, therapeutic, and meaningful experiences for young people in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, values relationship-based practice, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of young people, supporting staff practice, and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding. You’ll also:

* Have strong leadership and staff supervision experience

* Be confident in safeguarding responsibilities and meeting Ofsted requirements

* Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for residential Childcare

* Hold a full UK Driving Licence

* Be willing to work on a rota that includes 24-hour shifts and sleep-ins

* Sponsorship is not available

 * ️Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered
