• Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvementn
• Support and develop the care team through supervision, mentoring, and training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving a minimum Good Ofsted rating
• Full UK driving licence
