About This Role

Are you an experienced ECT Room Leader ready to lead with warmth and purpose? Only About Children Seaforth is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified Room Leader to join our team in a permanent full-time role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.

• NESA accredited Teacher ECT of Early Childhood Education & Care or ACEQCA Equivalent
• Previous experience leading or supporting a Preschool Room
• A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
• A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
• A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
