Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join their childrens residential home in Liverpool. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about making a difference to young people aged 1018 with complex needs.

The Role

You will supervise and support residential care staff, lead activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a small team of care staff
Assist with staff scheduling and home management
Support young people in daily routines and activities
Maintain high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted requirements

Requirements

Experience working in childrens residential care
Leadership or team-leading experience
Understanding of SEMH, EBD, or challenging behaviours
Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for young people
