Full-time, 162.5 contracted hours per month

• Provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 1018 with complex needs, helping them with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing.
• Support young people in their daily lives
• Implement care plans and structured activities
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment
• Work as part of a dedicated residential care team

• Experience in childrens residential care desirable but not essential
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Understanding of challenging behaviours (SEMH, EBD)
• Commitment to delivering outstanding care

• £13.83 per hour
• Sleep-in pay: £60 per shift 10 per month
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
