Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care (Maghull)

Flora Care Solutions provides high‑quality therapeutic residential care for children with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. As part of our continued growth, we are opening a brand‑new children’s home in Maghull and are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. We believe every child is unique and deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. Our teams are supported through strong leadership, structured training programmes, and clear pathways for career progression.
The Role- Leading shifts and providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff.
- Acting as a positive role model for both children and colleagues.
- Supporting children with their educational, health, emotional, and social needs.
- Managing care plans, safeguarding procedures, and accurate record‑keeping.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Participating in activities, community outings, and holidays.
- Working sleep‑in shifts as part of the staff rota.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
- 2+ years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- A calm, resilient, and child‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional training (including therapeutic support).
