Everpool Recruitment is a healthcare specialist consultancy with growing multi-sector capability across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business, building strategic client partnerships, and positioning Everpool as a trusted recruitment partner across permanent, contract and temporary solutions.
Location: Hybrid, Bootle Office, Liverpool
The RoleYou will:
- Identify, target and secure new recruitment partnerships
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned to growth objectives
- Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and senior decision-makers
- Present tailored recruitment solutions across healthcare and wider sectors
- Negotiate terms of business and fee agreements
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Proven B2B business development experience within recruitment
- Strong understanding of talent markets and hiring cycles
- Demonstrated success in securing new clients
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with retained, contingency or RPO models
- A consultative, commercially focused approach
