Overview
Graduate Consultant – via the Grayce Graduate Development Programme.
Location:
London. Base pay range information provided by GRAYCE; actual pay depends on skills and experience. Requires on-site work five days a week and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme.

Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Consider people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
Project Manager (PM): Support planning, execution and monitoring of projects to deliver on time and within budget. Assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management, and provide performance insights to senior management.
Product Manager: Define product vision, create roadmaps and prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
