As a Junior Manager
, you will be trained across all core areas of the business, including customer engagement, campaign delivery, team support, and leadership development. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with full training provided — no previous management experience is required.

• Supporting and delivering face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
