We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven VP of Sales to join our team in Liverpool, United Kingdom. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, leading our global sales team, and accelerating revenue growth across all markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing global sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales, set quotas, and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high‑level client meetings
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance and market conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high‑performing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- In‑depth understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Experience in international sales and familiarity with global markets
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
- Industry‑specific knowledge relevant to our company's sector
