A very busy and successful Law firm focussing on Housing Disrepair and contract disputes. They are one of the UK Leaders in their field and offer exciting opportunities and one of the highest paid roles in the market.

Bonus estimated at £15K pa but can be more as no cap

Supports study for ACL

Working in a team of 5 the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of handling volume drafting and consistently achieving high value cost recoveries. This position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in a bonus-driven environment and are eager to maximise their earnings while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

• Drafting and negotiating legal costs, ensuring timely and precise submission
• Utilising Proclaim and Costs Master software to manage caseloads effectively
• Handling Housing Disrepair (HDR) claims, with prior experience preferred
• Working autonomously to meet recovery targets within required time frames
• Collaborating with solicitors to optimise case outcomes

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in costs drafting
• Ideally proficiency in Proclaim and Costs Master software
• Prior exposure to Housing Disrepair (HDR) cases is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume drafting and cost recovery
• Bonus-driven mindset, with a strong focus on financial performance
