Built by event managers, for event managers, we’re a B2B SaaS platform that streamlines everything businesses need to make events successful—from staff onboarding and training to incident data and analytics. We’re seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with our leadership team. This high‑impact, high‑exposure role is designed for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants a 360° view of scaling a startup. You will be a key player in our most critical initiatives, working across strategy, operations, finance, and product.

• Strategic Initiatives
  :
  Lead mission‑critical projects, drive key decisions and prioritise business initiatives such as market entry strategy, competitive analysis and new business launches.
• Operational Excellence
  :
  Implement effective processes, identify inefficiencies, produce dashboards and reports, and propose improvements to streamline operations.
• Financial & Fundraising Support
  :
  Prepare fundraising materials (pitch decks, data rooms), support financial forecasts and develop investor relations.
• Business Development
  :
  Research customer market and trends, identify partnership opportunities, and craft strategies to enter new segments.
• Product & GTM Strategy
  :
  Collaborate with product and go‑to‑market teams to inform the roadmap, launch new features, and translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable plans.
• Special Projects
  :
  Tackle ad‑hoc projects with tight deadlines, such as high‑profile events, pilots or partner activations.
