Parts Advisor Hatfields Jaguar Land Rover Liverpool

Permanent, Full Time – 42.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: £13.85 per hour (£30,608 per annum)
Plus £2,400 bonus opportunity per annum

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers and internal departments receive the right parts, at the right time, with outstanding service.

You will work closely with the Service Department and wider dealership team to deliver an efficient and professional parts operation that supports both customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Offering all required parts and additional accessories to customers to maximise satisfaction
• Working closely with the Service Department to ensure the best possible customer outcomes
• Taking orders in person, over the phone and via email
• Identifying sales opportunities and reporting issues to the Parts Manager
• Ensuring accurate stock control and stock movement
• Issuing stock in line with company payment and exchange policies
• Assisting dealership staff with parts identification
• Sourcing additional parts externally when required and using computer systems to locate parts
• Ensuring all credits are authorised and delivery shortages are claimed
• Supporting marketing activities when required
  
  Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the dealership

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with a passion for customer service and teamwork.

You will demonstrate:

• A good understanding of basic vehicle layout, function and parts location
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

You must also hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check.
