Role: Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 38k basic, 48k OTE + company benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00. No Saturday rota.

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our client’s reputable dealership, Liverpool based.

• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
• Ensure every repair is a quality, first‑time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.

• Motor Vehicle Technician background within the UK automotive industry.
• Level 3 in City & Guilds or IMI.
• Full UK driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
• Diagnostic experience and a Level 3 NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds (minimum).
• Own tools and a full UK DL.
