Front of House / Team Assistant
London | Permanent | Fully office-based

We’re looking for an organised Front of House / Team Assistant for a well regarded business in the Liverpool St area of London. This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining front‑of‑house responsibilities with office and administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
• Managing meeting rooms, boardroom set‑up and catering
• Coordinating couriers, post and deliveries
• Arranging travel, taxis and restaurant bookings
• Supporting internal events and office logistics
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining shared spaces
• Providing administrative support to the team

• Previous experience in a similar front‑of‑house or office support role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, proactive and confident communicating at all levels
• Strong MS Office skills
