Position: Facilities Assistant (Reception)

Job Overview

The role is to be the first point of contact for the Group at the Head Office (the Foundry). You will handle the flow of visitors and ensure all reception and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. The position is a permanent, full‑time role (35 hours) based in the Liverpool city centre office.

Responsibilities

You will provide support within the facilities team, manage tickets on the Facilities helpdesk, order stationery and cleaning supplies, raise purchase orders, and conduct regular property inspections. You will be responsible for distributing incoming mail to relevant teams across the Group and forwarding outgoing mail, as well as reporting building issues to contractors for resolution.

  • Good communication skills, polite, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as a team member or independently
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Ebis
  • Organisation, multi‑tasking, prioritisation and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive commitment to high standards of customer care and service delivery
  • Relevant skills, experience, knowledge and personal attributes (list as required)
