- Assist in compiling information for regular pupil progress reviews and reports.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Belvidere Bridge and partner trust schools.

- Support the coordination of meetings, including preparing documentation and notes where required.
- Assist in the administration and updating of pupil risk assessments and related documentation.
- Ensure safeguarding records and concerns are logged in line with school and trust procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection requirements at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the Belvidere Bridge Lead and wider pastoral/SEND team as required.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the provision through flexible and proactive administrative support.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Confident use of IT systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and email.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with staff, parents, and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
