Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Clerk to join our Patient Access Centre team at Liverpool Women’s Hospital on a bank contract.
Responsibilities- Train to a standard that enables cover during periods of staff shortage across a range of areas.
- Manning the appointment phone line.
- Supporting the management of clinic bookings.
- Covering the clinic reception when required.
- Delivering a very high standard of customer service as the first point of contact.
- Excellent communicator with a calm, understanding, and caring approach.
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn several different systems, including e-Referral, the Hospital Patient Administration System, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional telephone manner and ability to handle high volumes of calls.
Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Occasional weekend and evening work.
