Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant position based in the Greater Liverpool Area. The Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, organizing documentation, supporting team projects, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization in all tasks undertaken.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
