The Role
They are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in an administrative environment who enjoys working as part of a team and keeping processes running smoothly.
You will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, helping ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to teams across the business
* Manage inboxes, respond to queries, and direct requests appropriately
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
* Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
* Coordinate meetings, diaries, and internal communications
* Support reporting, tracking, and routine administrative processes
* Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working in an administrative or office-based role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable

* Familiarity with internal systems, databases, or CRM platforms
