Client Services Administrator – Wealth Management
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
A well-established wealth management practice in Liverpool City Centre is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support its advisory team. The firm works with high-net-worth individuals and business owners and offers a professional, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
The Role- Provide administrative support to advisers
- Prepare client review packs, reports, and meeting documentation
- Produce post-meeting notes and follow-up correspondence
- Handle client and provider enquiries
- Manage advisersdiaries
- Process new business and liaise with internal teams
Full training provided with scope for career development.
The Candidate- Previous Financial Services administration experience
- Financial services experience desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident IT user (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
