We are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator for our exciting new development at Kings Dock, Liverpool. Providing support to the Site Manager in ensuring the site office runs smoothly and all administrative tasks are accurately undertaken, key aspects of your role will include:
- Check, sign and forward CBL timesheets, new starter details, holiday and absence forms to Finance.
- Produce and forward daily man‑count to Managing Directors.
- Check and forward hours for all agency staff (approx. 22 staff) to Finance for processing.
- Forward all delivery notes to Finance for processing each day.
- Assist with daily site diary.
- Act as onsite first‑aid and ensure first aid provisions are kept up to date.
- Produce and distribute minutes for the weekly site meeting.
- Assist with site inductions, ensuring CSCS info are handed in and RAMS are signed; keep copies available each day.
- Maintain and update 42 working files.
- General administrative duties as assigned, including ordering stationery, producing lists for site staff and ensuring all relevant forms are printed and available (timesheets, etc.) and locating missing delivery notes.
- Assist with payroll and general welfare queries/tax information.
- Maintain MMP and waste files (skips).
- Archive documents upon completion of the project.
- Previous experience in site administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office.
£26,600 per annum
Working Hours40 hours per week
