Key Responsibilities- Deliver a range of administrative and customer services which may include some or all of the following tasks:
- Administrative support through word processing and maintaining databases including Pro‑solution, SharePoint and trackers.
- Management of the diary for examinations and associated tasks, from basic scheduling to coordinating logistics such as room and invigilator availability.
- Support Exams Officers with day‑to‑day administration tasks, such as data entry and logging certificates.
- Act as first point‑of‑contact for the examinations office, responding to queries within the College’s existing quality standards and procedures and maintaining a high level of customer service within the function.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the College Group, maintaining a professional and positive image within the organisation and to external stakeholders.
- Participating in cross‑college activities such as enrolment, summer recruitment, exam invigilation etc as required.
- Comply with the College’s financial regulations and other standards for procurement/asset management.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information held within the exams office and comply with data protection protocols and relevant policies as appropriate.
- Level 2 qualification, including Maths and English or relevant experience
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Good organisational skills – pays attention to detail and follows through
- High level of discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with customers or as part of a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently to a high standard, taking accountability and ownership for mistakes and a commitment to self‑reflection and learning
- Good communication, relationship management and influencing skills, works well as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and multiple priorities

- Must be committed to their own CPD
- Experience of working in a college business support or exam function
- Diary management experience
