Client Accountant

Overview

Remote, 12-month contract for a Client Accountant in a multi-branch estate agent in London. This is maternity cover. Experience in Estate Agency Client Accounting is essential.

• Assisting with chasing tenants who are late with rent and updating landlords
• Understand general accounts ledgers to explain to tenants, landlords and contractors regarding the position of their account
• Dealing with queries from branches
• Checking statements and making payments to tenants, landlords and contractors
• Chasing up landlords who owe money
• Providing references to tenants based on their account history
• Looking at ways to improve and streamline processes
• Other responsibilities as outsourced
• Fully remote
• Mon – Thursday 9am – 6pm
• Friday 9am – 5.30pm
• 20 days + bank holidays

Experience in Estate Agency Client Accounting is essential.
