Management Accountant - Luxury Retail

Our client is a family-owned, award-winning British luxury jeweller renowned for its craftsmanship, elegant designs and heritage. They are looking for a Qualified Management Accountant to join their head office in Liverpool. This is an office-based role, 8:30–5:00, Monday to Friday (no hybrid).

Finance department is a team of eight. It supports a board of four directors, 10 showrooms and head office functions. It aims to provide timely and accurate reports, robust compliance and insightful analysis.

The role centres on delivering:

• Robust and insightful management accounts
• Showroom performance dashboards and ad hoc analysis
• Reporting and controlling the company’s stock
• The company budget and forecasts

Combining accounting and soft skills, the management accountant will enable Directors and management to execute strategy and achieve targets through effective communication. The role will also participate in improving systems and processes, and in delivering on-time financial statements, annual audits and tax returns.
