Audit Assistant Manager, Liverpool - £45,000 to £55,000

• Lead On-Site Audits
  • Implement agreed plans through to completion.
  • Coordinate on-site resources and allocate tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to auditing standards.
• Audit Quality
  • Ensure compliance with company practice and auditing standards.
  • Review and support audit juniors in their development.
  • Document and report on audit findings.
• Client Relationships
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships.
  • Adapt approach and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work with other teams to ensure a great client experience.
• Team Support
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Share knowledge and support across teams.
  • Identify potential areas of conflict and opportunities for cross-team working.

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in audit and accounts.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and control measures.
• Skilled in managing client relationships.
• Capable of guiding and supporting junior staff.
• Up-to-date with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Case Ware and CCH is beneficial but not required.
