The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments at our Livermore location.

• Shipping: accurately pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
• Assistance in loading the delivery truck
• Receiving shipments, recording them into inventory log, and maintaining inventory through audits
• Positive and helpful in communication to supervisors, sales staff, co-workers, and customers about coordination of deliveries/pick-up.
• Safe and efficient forklift operation (required maintenance of certification)
• Performance of vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor
• Assistance in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift Only
• Monday to Friday

• On-Site, In person

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
• Prior forklift experience
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
