Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning Nor Cal is growing our Home Performance Insulation Department! Service Champions is currently seeking Home Performance Insulation Technicians to join our team comprised of driven and energetic team members, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Home Performance Insulation team members are an integral part of our company as they are providing home comfort for our clients by removing, sanitizing, sealing and blowing in residential insulation and radiant barrier in a safe and organized way.

Do I have What it Takes?

• Safety is number one at Service Champions so you should be a safety conscious individual!
• Work with a high degree of integrity and promote positive image for our company
• Have a strong desire to grow and take your skill set to the next level
• Willing to work in confined spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
• Serve clients by analyzing and performing on work orders; gathers components, parts, and tools to complete installation
• Remove, sanitize, seal and blow in insulation
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, logs, and/or records.
• Excel with a team environment, and be willing to support all areas of our business outside of just insulation as needed, including HVAC installation and maintenance, and general labor
• Maintain a clean cut image and conform to both our uniform and business casual dress environment
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

Hourly rate: $24-$30 depending on experience
