As an Account Executive, you will drive your territory's success by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities with schools and organizations. You will establish and grow relationships with athletic directors, coaches, educators, and community groups.
This is a Full-Time position.A Day in the Life:
- Develop and execute a territory plan to grow business and meet sales targets.
- Establish credibility as an industry expert among clients.
- Understand customer objectives and industry trends.
- Represent Snap! Mobile at events to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including in Hub Spot.
Within 1 Month: Complete onboarding, begin outreach, manage sales process, learn business tools.
Within 3 Months: Execute a growth plan, conduct prospecting and presentations, create revenue opportunities.
Within 6 Months: Independently complete sales activities, meet targets, acquire new business, improve customer retention.

- Have at least 2+ years of sales experience.
- Clean driving record.
Base salary of $50K plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of $70K - $175K in year one.
