As the Asset Protection Lead, you will provide leadership support to the Asset Protection Manager and District Asset Protection Manager while working with our teams to identify operational deficiencies and contribute to evolving our alb Protection strategy. - High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid region/market specific security license as per local government regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to speak to Asset Protection practices and trends during team and leadership meetings
- Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset
- Aptitude and working knowledge of retail security and information systems, and productivity software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Facilitate selling process through consistent adherence to policies and procedures that safeguard customers, associates and assets
- Assist with store‑wide communication, training, new hire orientation, safety and shortage meetings
- Oversee API floor ownership program execution
- Provide Asset Protection training and overview of company policies and procedures to all new hires
- Participate in store staff meetings, speaking to Asset Protection updates and trends noted in the store and surrounding area
- Provide feedback and recommendations for the development of the respective store shortage strategy
- Coach associates regarding asset protection best practices
- Support the APM/DAPM and Store Director in planning and execution of the annual physical inventory and reconciliation process
- Ensure all physical security standards are maintained and adjustments are initiated in a timely manner
- Supervise investigators daily, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and applicable laws
- Assist in ensuring all staff complete required online training and certifications Offer
- Prepare weekly audit schedules, delegate assignments and ensure audit requirements are documented
- Identify and address internal and external theft exposures to achieve investigative performance targets
- Respond to after‑hours alarm calls and emergency situations
- Complete tasks and special projects as assigned by store leadership

Pay range is expected to be between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. The total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits (401(k) eligibility, paid time off, etc.) depending on the position offered.
