T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager at Exclusive Wireless, Inc.
Pay range: approximately $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that delivers outstanding customer experiences and achieves business goals.
Responsibilities- Work with the Store Manager to establish sales and service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales floor team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement actions.
- Communicate expectations and receive instructions from leadership.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, including product displays and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Management experience or equivalent responsibility.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in retail or customer‑service settings.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow leadership guidance.
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheets).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
