T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager at Exclusive Wireless, Inc.

Pay range: approximately $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is a leading telecommunications retailer committed to exceptional customer service and innovation. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that delivers outstanding customer experiences and achieves business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Store Manager to establish sales and service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales floor team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement actions.
  • Communicate expectations and receive instructions from leadership.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, including product displays and visual merchandising.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
  • Management experience or equivalent responsibility.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in retail or customer‑service settings.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow leadership guidance.
  • Basic computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheets).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
