Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales goals.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
- Initiate business‑driving events in store.
- Understand and communicate Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Communicate client feedback to management to elevate client service and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Stand for extended periods of time. Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders.

Work SetupBase Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
