Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator – Remodeling / Construction Company. Position Type:

We are a residential remodeling company seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage our online presence, promote completed projects, and help generate quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who understands local service businesses and can turn real jobsite content into engaging marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts showcasing completed projects, before/after photos, and ongoing work.
- Capture or coordinate jobsite photos and short videos (as needed).
- Respond to basic social media messages and inquiries or route them to the office.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives such as promotions, reviews, and announcements.
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and lead generation.
- Coordinate with office staff and project managers for content and updates.
- Experience managing social media for a small business (construction or home services a plus).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar).
- Understanding of local marketing and customer engagement.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with real jobsite content (not stock images only).
- Experience with Google Business Profile, Yelp, or Houzz.
- Familiarity with paid social ads or boosted posts.
- Basic understanding of SEO or lead tracking.
- Ability to help request and manage online reviews.
- Hourly based on experience.
