Benefits Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Global Benefits to join a dynamic Rewards team at a leading technology organization. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on managing complex, multi-country benefits programs and has a proven track record in the tech industry. You'll play a critical role in supporting M&A activities, optimizing global benefits offerings, and ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective across multiple regions.

• Independently manage and administer complex global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs across multiple regions
• Lead benefits activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures including due diligence, program assessment, transition planning, and implementation
• Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global benefits frameworks to local requirements while maintaining program consistency
• Serve as primary owner of global and regional benefits vendor relationships, managing performance and resolving issues
• Conduct advanced cost, utilization, and trend analysis to improve program efficiency and competitiveness
• Support benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling in collaboration with Finance

• Act as subject matter expert for global benefits compliance, supporting audits, filings, and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead benefits due diligence and risk assessment for M&A activity, identifying compliance, financial, and operational considerations
• Maintain and enhance global benefits policies, controls, and documentation to support governance and risk mitigation

• Develop advanced reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, employee experience, and market competitiveness
• Translate complex benefits data into clear, actionable insights for HR and senior leadership
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts as a recognized subject matter expert

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and analysis, with global or multi-country benefits program experience
• Proven experience supporting employee benefits through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational integrations
• Advanced knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, complex renewals, and compliance activities
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities with experience developing senior-level reporting
• Experience working within an integrated Total Rewards organization

• Experience in the tech industry preferred
• Background working in global, fast-paced technology environments
• Strong analytical judgment and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a global environment
• Clear, professional communication skills with ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
• High degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data
• Collaborative mindset with confidence to influence without authority
